Group Meeting 3 Minute

Monday 4th March 2019 @ 1230pm

Attending this meeting: Mitch Stevenson, Ann Brown, Cameron Conner, Francesca Sanna and Naomi Wilson.

Review of last weeks minutes completed. The Action Plan points were:

• WhatsApp group to be started to assist with communication between all group members.
• Naomi to share the recorded audio with all group members before next weeks meeting.
• Ann to decide which aspect of the theme she would like to pursue and include in the magazine programme.

Meeting 3 Audio Recording

The Whats App group has now been started to improve communication between group members and to assist with the sharing of any audio recordings, or such like material.

Naomi kindly recorded this weeks meeting and immediately shared with all group members in the WhatsApp group.

Ann has decided to pursue the option of a music story for her documentary to be included in the magazine show. She is still however undecided as to what area of music she will convey in her documentary. Ann has agreed to look at what her options will be and report back to the group next week. She did also have an idea to look at homelessness in Scotland, and in accordance with the theme of the magazine show (What makes Scotland great?), and although she is keen to look at the music option she will explore this potential option and consider it for inclusion.

Cameron offered his idea that Google Drive would be another way of sharing information, audio, etc, and he will be looking at this potential platform. He will be sharing his findings on this with the group next week.

The group all agreed that with the time constraints in place to produce the amount of work required for this project. There is a need for all group members individually to have 3 separate ideas for their documentary to report back to the group either at the next meeting or following.

Action Plan for next meeting:

• Cameron to report back about starting up a Google Drive platform.
• Ann to feedback to the group about whether she will choose homelessness or music for her topic for her documentary to be included in the magazine show.
• All members Blog addresses to be shared with all group members so that all members can be aware of where each other is at with the work required, monitor for accuracy in reporting meetings, how to support each other, as well as having a shared vision of what we (as a group) are striving to achieve in this process.
